Sherlock is one of my favorite characters too
Vision: It looks really amazing, as mentioned earlier i did mistake this for a statue or something like that, as if he was modeling the head. There's not much to say other than that this is quite the view.
Originality: Sherlock Holmes is obviously a really famous person, just search him up here and you will see just how many pictures it has been of him. The background is simple and clean, so that you focus only on the face. But famous persons are done alot, so sadly i have to say it's not rly original.
Tehcnique: Amazing technique the Artist has used here, everything from the proportions, the hair and the shadowing is done incredibly well, making it look incredibly realistic, the shadowing/lightning on the hair is so good it rly looks like it's real, i don't want to imagine how long it must take to make it. the simple start of the clothes makes it obvious how all the focus here is meant for the face, but it's still rly well done and goes well with the rest of the work.
Impact: The realism is yet again what makes the greatest impact. And the realism comes from the amazing details and the amazing technique. Also the expression also gives of alot of impact though, as it's a really fitting and well done expression.
